Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments and returns.
1. Overview
At Tech Sky Systems, we strive to provide high-quality digital streaming experiences. Because our "Premium Access" provides immediate access to digital content and features, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds.
2. Digital Goods Policy
Since our services are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated or used. This includes both Monthly and Yearly "Premium" plans.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:
- Technical Malfunction: If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using the premium features and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours of being notified.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle's support. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact Paddle Support directly at paddle.net. Alternatively, you may email us at support@techsky.space with your Transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
